Chuck Norton founded Cyturity after more than 40 years across infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, resilience, automation, and executive advisory.

His perspective comes from operating inside the environments where governance breaks down. He has worked with organizations where controls existed but ownership was unclear, evidence was hard to trust, remediation kept returning, and executives needed clearer decisions before deadlines or disruption forced the issue.

Cyturity reflects that background. The firm focuses on the structure beneath governance programs, the points where policy, systems, people, evidence, and executive decisions have to connect for the program to hold.

Joel Moticik

Advisory Services Director

Joel Moticik serves as Advisory Services Director, working with Cyturity on advisory delivery and client-facing governance work. He brings more than 25 years of experience across IT, cybersecurity, and governance.

Joel focuses on the structural gaps beneath GRC and compliance programs, especially where ownership is unclear, evidence is inconsistent, and teams carry unnecessary coordination burden.

He approaches governance as an operational system rather than a documentation effort, helping clarify control ownership, strengthen how evidence is produced and maintained, and keep client operating rhythm aligned between audits and reviews.
